Join us for a day of golf and excitement! We strive to provide you a very enjoyable golf day with many extras throughout the tournament. Special golf contests include closest to the pin and longest drives.
Players will be placed on a “first come, first served” basis. Deadline for registration is Friday, July 5. Please return the completed entry form and payment by the deadline to ensure that your registration will be processed without any delay.
All funds raised at this event will benefit programs and services at and remain solely with Geisinger Shamokin Area Community Hospital, a campus of Geisinger Medical Center.

11 a.m. Registration
11:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. Lunch
1 p.m. Shotgun start
Heavy hors d’oeuvres to follow tournament.
Tournament format
The tournament will have a scramble format.
